Printberg's Sublimation

Printberg is equipped with a calender that allows printing fabrics in reels or shaped pieces up to a maximum height of 190 cm.

Moreover, Printberg has 3D sublimation furnace, for printing shaped articles, such as cutlery, cosmetic covers, helmets or any object on which you want to print you image or logo.

The inks used are water-based, non-toxic and can fit in the main legislation, as the OECO-TEX, or EN71-3.

Cos’รจ la sublimazione?

Utilizzando i plotter della stampa digitale mediante degli inchiostri, chiamati dispersi, si prepara il film per la sublimazione, una volta stampata l’immagine che si vuole tramite presse o calandre o forni, portando in temperatura il film postato sul materiale, l’inchiostro migra dal primo sul secondo penetrando all’interno di esso grazie all’alta temperatura.

WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?

Using inks called "disperse" with a digital plotter, we print a sublimation film reel; and then the film is thermos-pressed onto the textile reel using a calender that creates the necessary.
